Appoint Troy Ives to serve as Planning Commission representative on the Administrative
Hearing Board.
Background/Discussion
Late last year, the City Council established the Administrative Hearing Board, to review appeals of
residents aggrieved by the code enforcement activities of the City. The Board is made up of three
members; two Council members, and one Planning Commission member. The Planning
Commission member is recommended by that commission.
At their meeting on April 13, the Planning Commission recommended Troy Ives as their
representative. The vote was unanimous.
