~} There are several businesses loanted on Fain street between Gates Ave. Evans Ave, Traffic far these
businesses potentially use Gates, Freeport, end, & Evans to access their parking lotslbusinessesr even though
these businesses are not directly on the streets bei~~g reconstructed, they do generate traffic an these streets and
will benefit frarn any improvements. Are they subject to any assessment?
~~ In regards to the office building on Evans & Main; the office building on Gates Aver Main; and the ~Ik Diver
