Meeting
If all of the requested action issues for agenda Item 5.13., regarding the
Riverview Heights overlay improvement project are approved, the City
Council will need to hold a special meeting on September 9, 1996, at
approximately 6:30 p.m., or immediately following the EDA meeting if the
EDA meeting is not over by 6:30. The purpose of this special meeting would
be to hold a public hearing on the assessments for the Riverview Heights
overlay improvement project. Additionally, depending on how the budget
process goes, there may be some budget items that may need to be reviewed
and considered by the Council at this special meeting on 9/9/96.
Requested Action
If all the issues requested in agenda Item 5.13. are approved, it is requested
that the City Council call a special meeting for Monday, September 9, 1996,
at 6:30 p.m., or immediately following the EDA meeting, for the purpose of
holding a public hearing on the assessments for the Riverview Heights
improvement project and to consider other city business items.
