SUBJECT: Administrative Subdivision Request

This item is being continued. It was determined that this application would
require a variance for lot size prior to being reviewed by the City Council.
The variance request, along with a request for a conditional use permit for
zero lot line development, is being considered by the Planning Commission at
their August 27, 1996 meeting. The request for administrative subdivision,
along with the requests for the variance and conditional use permit, will be
presented to the Council at the September 17, 1996 meeting
