As much as we want to develop the project we called Eagle Ridge Estates, we are not going
to be able to do it. Bruce Goetz would not give us the extension on our agreement that we
needed to make the entire transaction work. We are in the process of canceling all our
purchase agreements and will not be moving forward on this project.
