I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, May 11, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following requests by Monte Howerton
(National Repo Depot):
2. Conditional Use Permit, Case No. CU 09-13 to allow marine sales in the C3
Highway Commercial Zoning District
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the City Council of the special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.
