CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.18
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES
SCHEDULE OF DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS
CASE NO. OA 96-14
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 900.12 (13) (c) - C4 - Neighborhood Commercial,
Conditional Uses, of the Elk River Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to
eliminate Motor vehicle specialty service stations as a conditional use.
Section 2. Section 900.12(13)(c) - C4 - Neighborhood Commercial,
Conditional Uses, of the Elk River Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to
read as follows:
i. Retail sale of gasoline
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.

the City of Elk River.
