~, The City Clerl~ is hereby directed to cause a natfce of the hearing ors the proposed assessment to be
published ante in the official newspaper at least two weeps prior to the hearing, and shall state in the
notice the total cast of the improvement, The City Clerl~ shall also cause mailed native to be given to
the owner of each parcel described ~ the assessment roll not less than two weeps prior to the
hearings,
The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certifcatj.on of the assessment to the
Co~ntyAuditor, pay the whole of the assessment an such property, with interest accrued to doe date
of pay~ne~7t, to the City of Elk diver, except that no interest shall be charged in the entire assessment
is paid within 30 days from the adoption of the assessment. The owner of any property may at any
titrie thereafter pay to the City of E aver the entire amount of the assessment rernainitlg unpaid.,
with interest acc~ru.ed to I~ece~nber 3I~t of the year ~. which such payment is made. such payrrient
