This is to inform the City Council that Sgt. Jeff Mordal has successfully obtained Safe & Sober funds for 1996-1997. This is our third year as participants in this very beneficial program. Sgt. Mordal put together an excellent grant that impressed the State of Minnesota. In fact, the State had more requests and fewer dollars, however, they granted our total request.
