Action Requested
Council approval of retail fireworks license renewal fox Wal-Mart in Elk River. Wal-Mart's current license
expires June 6, 2009. The renewal will be valid June 7, 2009 through June 6, 2010.
Background/Discussion
Wal-Mart is requesting renewal of their retail fireworks license. The applicant has submitted all the
necessary application materials, successfully cleared a police department background check, and
inspection by the interim fire chief.
