BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Agreement No. 74958 with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
to provide for paymem by the State to the City of the State's share of the cost of grading,
aggregate base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer construction
and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacem to Trunk
Highway No. 10 from 185th Avenue to Naples Street within the corporate City limits in
accordance with plans, specifications and/or special provisions designated as State Project
No. 7102-87 (T.H. 10=003).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such agreement.
