CANCELLATION NOTICEI, Stephanie Ilinzing, Mayor, hereby request to cancel the regular ineeting of the Elk
River City Council scheduled on June 8, 2009, 6:00 p.m. or u' nmediately following the EDA
meeting, at City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this nonce at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the City Council, in writing, at least one day before the cancelled meeting.
