In follow up to changes made to Elk River Municipal Utilities' take-home vehicle practice and to
more clearly comply with Minnesota Statute 471.666, a revision to the ERMi1 On-Call Policy
was directed on May 12, 2009, by the Utility Commission. The revisions to the policy would
identify the job positions that are required to he on-call and receive a stipend (engaged to wait)
and also those who are on-call. and do not receive a stipend (waiting to engage).
The proposed revisions to the ER_MU handbook section 9 are as follows:

to remain wwithin the on-call radios.
