Request for Preliminary Plat Approval
by John Hitchcock (Island View 4th
Addition), Public Hearing Case No.
P 96-10
This item was presented to the Planning Commission on August 27th where
a public hearing was held. The Planning Commission recommended tabling
this item until the September 24th Planning Commission meeting to allow
enough time for the developer to provide staff additional information to be
reviewed and presented back to the Commission.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council postpone this preliminary plat
request until the October 21, 1996, City Council meeting.
