Dear Mr, Skogstad:
On September 16, 1996, bids were received for the above-mentioned projects.
McDowall Roofing submitted the low bid for bid item//3 in the amount of $66,982.00.
We contacted McDowall Roofing regarding their bid. They had an opportunity to
review their bid and indicated they would perform the work as specified for the bid
amount. McDowa]l 'Roofing has worked on many projects for which we have provided
engineering services in die past. The work performed has been good and their personnel
have been cooperative.
Based on the above information, we would recommend acceptance nftheir bid as
outlined above.
