, The City Council approved establishing the Park Tmpxovement Fund on June 2,
2005, and,
The City Council has xeviewed the xequest and determined it to be a sound financial
practice; and,
, It has been determined that ~~OG,G39 should be transferred out of the Municipal
Liquor Fund to provide funding for the Paxk rmpxovement Fund;
