Council approval of a temporary on-sale liquor license for the Church of Saint Andrew for September 20,
2009.
Background/Discussion
The Church of Saint Andrew is requesting a temporary on-sale liquor license for their annual Parish
Festival. The church's annual Parish Festival will be held on September 20, 2009. The event takes place
in the church parking lot at 554 - 4t" Street. The church has submitted all application materials required
by the Ciry.
