Action Requested
City Council approval of a massage therapist license for Savanna Vanek to work at Avalon Salon.
Background/Discussion
Ms. Vanek has submitted all the necessary application materials and successfully cleared a Police
Department background check.
Avalon is required to obtain a massage establishment license in order to conduct massage therapy;
therefore, approval of Ms. Vanek's therapist license should be contingent upon approval of the massage
establishment license in the previous item.
