This memo is to inform you that the Elk River Police Crime Prevention Unit was awarded a
grant for $800.00. The Law Enforcement Grant was made possible through Target stores.
Michelle Masica prepared the grant letter requesting funds for a McGruff costume and crime
prevention tapes. The money granted will be used to purchase the McGruff costume.
