meeting, at the Elk River City Hall, I3oG5 Oxono Parkway, Elk Rivex, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to continue discussion on electric utility long range planning fox the
Ells River Municipal Utilities,
In accordance with State Statute, I hexeby request the city clerk to past this notice at least three days
priox to the meeting date. I further xequest the city clerk to notify each member of the City Council
and the Utilities Commission of this special meeting, in wrung, at least one day before the meetings.
