PART-TIME SECRETARY/RBCEPTIONI~T
We have gone through the process of a transcription test and oral
interviews with the applicants interested in the above position
with the police department. At this time, I am requesting that the
council grant authorization to offer the part-time secretary/
receptionist position to Susan Kay Steen of Elk River, pending
results of the background investigation.
If approved, Ms. Steen is tentatively scheduled to start employment
October 21, 1996, working 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. The point ranking for this position would put her at Pay
Grade 4. I am recommending that we start her at Step D which is
$8.74 per hour.
