In fact Morrell is draEEing his lot as I type. Either the City i~o~d my complaint or Morrell is blatantly refusing to abide by whatever sanctions the City may have imposed on him. I empathize with your concerns and am asking you to either call our office at 612-441-2323 or Sherburne County Dispatch at "911" when you feel Morrell Transfer is not abiding to a City Ordinance.
