City of Elk River
Enclosed is a letter chat I sent to the City June 5, 1996. Nothing has
changed. In fact Morrell is draEEing his lot as I type.
Either the City i~o~d my complaint or Morrell is blatantly refusing to
abide by whatever sanctions the City may have imposed on him.
I am requ~stin$ that you advise your staff to diligently investi§ate the
zonin$ and pollution violations by Morrell and act in an expeditious ~anner.
