Request for Preliminary Plat by Pat

Issue
The developer is in the process of modifying the prehminary plat and does
not have information available at this time for the Council to consider.
Therefore, the developer has requested that consideration of the preliminary
plat be postponed until the November 18th City Council meeting.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council postpone the preliminary plat request by
Pat Heying until the November 18, 1996, City Council meeting.
