Action Requested
Consider approval of a private kennel license to Tim Marchiafava/Deb Unruh at 19119 Waco Street NW
based upon approval of a conditional use permit.
Background/Discussion
Tim Marchiafava and Deb Unruh have made application for a private kennel license to be located at
19119 Waco Street NW. The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials and has
successfully completed a kennel inspection by the Police Department. Kennels are inspected on a yearly
basis prior to renewal of the license to ensure that the applicant is meeting the requirements of the
ordinance relating to private kennels.
A conditional use permit is required for this license because the property is less than five acres in the R1a
district. The Council will be conducting a public hearing on the conditional use prior to considering the
request for this license.
