Approval of the following licenses for the Fire Department Dance on August 29, 2009:
1. Temporary 3.2. percent malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions
2. Temporary on-sale liquor license fox a community event to McCoy's Pub
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions and McCoy's Pub have applied for these licenses for the Elk River Fire Department
Dance, which will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at the Elk River Fire Station #1 (415 Jackson
Avenue). Both applicants have submitted appropriate application materials.
