AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.18
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF
ORDINANCE SCHEDULE OF
DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS
CASE NO. OA 97-5
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 900.18 (1) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance is
here by amended to read as shown in the attached Exhibit A:
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force fi'om and
after the date of its publication.
