Section 4. That Subsection (C) of Section 30 -1025 (d) of the City of Elk River Code
of Ordinances identifying conditional uses in the C -4 Community Commercial Zoning District, shall
be amended to delete as follows:

Section 5. That this ordinance shall tape effect upon publication as provided by law.
