5.2. Pro' ector for Communi Room
Bob fram the IT department came to the Libra~.y and met with a rep froth the
company. This project can be completed far approximately X2,500. Cabinets will be
use to stare the equipment,
5.3. Communi Room Palicy

This policy has been revised by the city council, The Library has the edited version
and it is being ifnplemented.
5.4. GRR.L Restructure
Mick informed us of the first meeting held with the restructure team. They have a lot
of wo~.•k to do before their proposals are due to the Board of Trustees in November,
They will be researching other systems and pulling data together,

6.1. Parl~in Stall Si s
The fii.•st one will be an additional handicap spot, The other two will became Ride
Share/Car Pool verbiage yet to be decided these spots are intended to be for
patrons who ride together to the Library,
