Metal Craft Sells Facility in Elk River
M&M Precision Machining acquired the industrial building at 12797
__y~ Meadowvale Road NW in Elk River, MN, from Metal Craft for $1.2 million, or
~-= ~ ~~ ~~ $52 per square foot.

-~ The 23,000-square-foot facility was constructed in 1982 and features two
~ loading docks, a 12-foot clearance height and heavy power.
