Conditional Use Permit Request to
Operate a Motor Vehicle Service
Station, Public Hearing Case No.
CU 96-25
Holiday Companies is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a motor
vehicle service station at the northeast corner of School Street and Freeport
Avenue. Due to the modifications in the proposed plat as well as the site
plan, Holiday Companies has asked that their item be postponed until the
12/16/96 City Council meeting.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council postpone Case No. CU 96-25 until the
December 16, 1996, City Council meeting.
