Consider approval of a private kennel license to Laura Hess-Ulman and David Ulman at 21498 Vernon
Street NW.
Background/Discussion
Laura Hess-Ulman and David Ulman have made application for a private kennel license to be located at
21498 Vernon Street NW to keep four cats. The applicant has submitted all the necessary application
materials and has successfully completed a kennel inspection by the Police Department. Kennels are
inspected on a yearly basis prior to renewal of the license to ensure that the applicant is meeting the
requirements of the ordinance relating to private kennels.
The applicant had a previous private kennel license from 1997 - 2003. There were no issues raised during
the previous licensing period.
