Motion to approve a commercial kennel license to John Fahey, Jr. for property located at 9630 213'
Avenue NW.
Background/Discussion
John Fahey has made application for a commercial kennel license to be located at 9630 213`'' Avenue
NW. Mr. Fahey has submitted all necessary application materials and fees. The police department
conducted a kennel inspection and the kennel meets the city's requirements. Kennels are inspected on a
yearly basis prior to renewal of the license to ensure that the applicant is meeting the requirements of the
ordinance relating to commercial kennels.
A conditional use permit is required for a commercial kennel license. The Council will be conducting a
public hearing on the conditional use prior to considering the request for this license.
