SUBJECT: Update on Code Enforcement Issues Relating to the Bowling
Alley at 13161 Hwy I 0
At the Council meeting on September 8, the Council authorized staff to proceed with the
nuisance abatement process for the former bowling alley.
Since then, the property owner has retained Ron Touchette to assist him in the process of
removing the building. Staff and Mr. Touchette are working on an agreement; while these
discussions axe progressing, information is not final for distribution. Staff hopes to be able
to provide further information on Monday.
