1 aim pleased to announce that Fire Chief T, John Cunningham officially started sewing as
Elk River's fire chief on Monday, September 28. He has had a busy week meeting with staff
and preparing to lead the Fire Department. I am confident that he will serve the Cur's
residents with dedication and professionalism, and he will continue to uphold the long
standing tradition of excellence exhibited by our firefighters -- excellence that gives our Fire
Department the outstanding reputation it has earned.
At the Council meeting, we will. introduce Chief Cunningham to the public and have a brief
swearing in ceremony.
