WHEREAS the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibili~ o f the bidders
and determined that Rum River Contracting Company is the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Elk Rive, Minnesota;

contract with Rum River Contracting Company as is approved by tlae City Atto~ey~ for the
completion. of the Windsor Meadows Final Lift of Bituminous and Other Ancillary Items.
