Executive Session
On Thursday, November 14, 1996, the city met with the Elk River Police
Union representatives and received their proposal for 1997-98. It is
appropriate to review the requests with the City Council in an executive
session. This executive session of the City Council can be held at the first
part (6 p.m.) of the November 25, 1996, meeting, or as a special meeting prior
to this regular 6 p.m. City Council meeting. Please review your calendar so
that we can find a time, and, if necessary, a different date when all five
councilmembers can be present.
