Re: Elk River Energy City Commission Resignation
I am regretfully submitting my resignation from the Elk River Energy
City Commission. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as a
commissioner and it has been a very rewarding experience. Due to
some recent changes in my job responsibilities, Iwill be unable to attend

monthly meetings and will not be able to commit adequate time to
commission functions.
CenterPoint Energy is interested in maintaining a seat on the
commission and Kelly Chase will continue to attend meetings in my
absence. Kelly may decide to pursue a commission in the near future.
