In 2008, the Council directed staff to place all first time plat extensions on the consent agenda and all
others on the regular part of the agenda. The develope~.•s of the three plats are requesting plat extensions;
the relevant tirmeline follows:

Approved Septembet• 17, 2007.
One year extension app~•oved September 15, 2008 to September 17, 2009.
Request fox extension received September 24, 2009.
west yaks:
Approved August 21, 200G.
One yeax extension approved October 20, 200$ to October 1, 2ao9.
Request for extension received September 21, 2009.
Rocky Ride Es~a~e~:
Approved October 15, 2007.
One year extension approved October 15, 2008 to October 15, 2009.
Request for extension received October 15, 2009.
These requests represent the second extension fox each project.
The Council tray wish to establish a policy for the continued extension of plat recording.

Riverside companies is asl~ing far a one year e~~tension for the recording of Pintail
Estates. fiver the past yearn Spectrum high School and the pity of Elk River Parks
Department have finalized a Jaint Use Agreement to satisfy the park dedication fee
requirement. The school's enrollment is an track and plans for a permanent facility are
being worked on. ~t is our intent to record pintail Estates by the Spring of ~01D,
~t is the Nape afRiverside companies and Spectrum high School that the pity of Elk
River will grant us this Final Plat Extension. Please contact me with any questions or if
