SUBJECT: Holiday Companies Request for
Conditional Use Permit, Public
Hearing Case No. CU 96-25
This item was presented to the Planning Commission on November 26th. At
that meeting, Holiday Companies had requested that their item be postponed
until the December 19th Planning Commission meeting. It is my
understanding Holiday Companies will again be asking for a postponement
to the January 28, 1997, Planning Commission meeting.
Recommendation
It is recommended the Council postpone the conditional use permit request
by Holiday Companies until the February 18, 1997 City Council meeting.
