Request for Preliminary Plat
Approval - Good Value Homes,
Public Hearing Case No. P 96-13
This item was presented to the Planning Commission at their November 26th
regular meeting. Based on issues related to this plat which could not be
resolved at the meeting, the Planning Commission postponed any action
until the January 28th Planning Commission meeting.
Recommendation
Its is recommended the City Council postpone the prehminary plat request
by Good Value Homes until the February 18th City Council meeting.
