The Council is asl~ed to call a special meeting for November 30, 2009 at G,30 p.m. The meeting will be
held at City Hall, and its purpose is to review concept alternatives that were designed to address the goals
o~ the plan and the comments received during the public comment gathering process,

Qn November 30, representatives ~ro~n Hz~.GI will present three concept alternatives. Members of the
Council, Planning Commission, and Economic Development Authority will be asl~ed to review and
provide co~ntnent. kith these comments and feedbacl~, a single concept will be prepared, likely for
review in January.

6:30 p.m., at Ells River City Hall, ~ 30G5 Orono Parl~vay, Ells River, Minnesota.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the i7i5t Avenue Focused Area Study Phase IL
In accordance with State Statute, r hereby request the city clexk to post this notice at least three days
prior to the meeting date, Z further request the city clerl~ to notify each ~ne~nber of the City Council,
the Planning Commission, and the economic Development Authority of these special meetings, in
writing, at least one day before the meetings.
