SUBJECT: 209th Avenue Overlay
Big Lake Township has contracted with Baurerly Brothers to overlay 209th
Avenue from the Elk River city limits for about 1 mile west. Baurerly's have
offered to overlay the City's portion from County Road 32 which is about 900
feet in length for the same unit prices.
The estimated cost is $4,000.00. It is my recommendation that the City
Council approve this overlay on 209th Avenue with Funds coming from the
1995 street overlay budget.
