SUBJECT: Request For Exemption From Lawful Gambling
License by Duck's Unlimited
Elk River Duck's Unlimited has requested an application for an Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License. The exemption would allow Elk River Duck's unlimited to hold a
raffle on August 18, 1995, at the Elk River Bowl.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to authorize the Exemption from Lawful Gambling License as requested by Elk
River Duck's Unlimited.
