License And Temporary On-Sale Beer License
By Church of St. Andrew
5.10. REGARDING REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL
GAMBLING BY THE CHURCH OF ST. ANDREW
The Church of St. Andrew has made application for an Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License. This license exemption would allow the Church of St.
• Andrew to operate Bingo and Raffles on August 20, 1995. The gambling will
take place on St. Andrew's school grounds and will be associated with the annual
parish festival.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to approve the Exemption from Lawful Gambling License requested by
the Church of St. Andrew.
5.11. REQUEST FOR A TEMPORARY ON SALE NON-INTOXICATIN
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE BY CHURCH OF ST ANDREW
The Church of St. Andrew has made a request for a temporary on-sale 3.2 beer
license. The beer will be sold on sale at the site of St. Andrew's school grounds
on August 20, 1995, during the annual parish festival.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to approve the temporary 3.2 on sale beer license for August 20, 1995, as
requested by the Church of St. Andrew.
