Subject: Used City Vehicles/Bid Opening
This is to inform the city council that sealed bids for the sale of
five (5) used city vehicles were accepted until 2:00 p.m. on July
10, 1995. The City received eight (8) sealed bids for these
vehicles.
On July 10, 1995, at 2:00 p.m. T.A.C. Officer Kathy Anderson opened
all sealed bids. C.S.O. Cheryll Edinger recorded all bids as
submitted. The highest bidder for each vehicle is listed on the
attached page.
The city council is requested to accept the highest bid for each
vehicle. The city council does have the option of accepting each
of these high bids or rejecting any or all of them.
