and Randy Lindquist; Weatherwood
Subdivision Public Hearing Case No.
P 95-1
On June 27, 1995, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat
for Weatherwood Subdivision. The plat consists of an 80 acre site divided
into 21 single-family parcels. The Planning Commission approved the
preliminary plat with several conditions. One condition related to the
applicant showing two septic locations per parcel prior to the City Council
meeting. The applicant has indicated that they need more time to get this
accomplished and are proposing to continue the request until the July 24,
1995, City Council meeting.
• Recommendation
Staff recommends that this item be continued until the July 24, 1995, City
Council meeting.
