Solid Rock Church is requesting a temporary use on Outlot A of the
Brentwood subdivision in order to hold nightly tent revival meetings in
August.

Overview
Solid Rock Church is proposing aten-day nightly tent revival meeting from
August 21st through August 31, 1995. The site that they have chosen for the
event is Outlot A of the Brentwood Subdivision, which is a large 18 acre
vacant parcel located directly across Irving Street from Solid Rock Church.
Outlot A, which is owned by Dennis Anderson, fronts along Highway 169 and
offers excellent visibility for passing motorists. This is the same property Mr.
Anderson recently requested a zone change on from R1C (single family
residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development). The meetings are expected
to begin at 7:00 p.m. and last until 10:00 p.m. The tent has a capacity of 300
people, however, Solid Rock Church has estimated approximately 200 people
per night.

3. That the fire chief and building official review. the tent and layout to
ensure compliance with state building and fire codes.
