Police Department Subject: Solid Rock Church and Living Waters Church
Events
I've discussed these church events with Pat Klaers and offer the
following concerns:
In regards to the Solid Rock Church Tent Revival, they have had
these in the past without any problems. I will make my officers
aware of the event and have them monitor the area.
In regards to the Living Waters Church event at the Elk River Mall,
I am going to request that the Elk River Mall owners reimburse us
for police services. The reason is that because of the expected
numbers of participants and the high activity in this area, there
is a higher probability of problems occurring. I will be
scheduling one (1) patrol officer in the Elk River Mall area during
the event hours.
