Power Gate Opener

In the past budget year, I had requested a power gate opener for the fence gate at the
street garage. My request is based on two concerns.
First, there is a definite cost savings by having the gate opened or closed without the need
for an operator to dismount and mount their equipment.
Second, the gate is heavy and requires a good deal of force to open or close in the
summer and even more in the winter when the footing is poor and slipping injuries are
more likely.
• The gate is now opened in the morning and closed at night. The power opener I am
requesting is operated by a remote control switch or key switch by the gate.
