SUBJECT: Exemption from Lawful Gambling
License by Church of St. Andrew
INTRODUCTION
The Church of St. Andrew is requesting an Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License to operate Bingo on October 22, 1995.
An organization may receive an Exemption from Lawful Gambling for bingo
if the organization conducts four or fewer bingo occasions per calendar year.
• ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for
the Church of St. Andrew to operate bingo on October 22, 1995.
